How long until the adventure begins? We offer three reliable shipping options across the USA to get our learning tools into your child's hands:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – Perfect for last-minute birthday gifts!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package starts its journey.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

SAFETY & QUALITY

Are your toys safe for children? Absolutely. All Grand Genius products undergo rigorous safety testing and comply with all US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulations. We specify the recommended age for every toy to ensure a safe and age-appropriate play experience.

What if my child finds a toy too difficult? We categorize our toys by age and developmental stage. If a toy seems a bit too challenging, we recommend saving it for a few months or engaging in "co-play" to help guide them through the learning process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you and your little one to be 100% satisfied. If a toy doesn't spark joy, we accept returns of unopened and unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if a toy arrives damaged? Mistakes happen during transit! If an item arrives broken, please email us at info@grandgenius.myshopify.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours, and we’ll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.
